- Each participant will have an interactive mozzarella instruction session.
- All ingredients and materials needed are provided … you will master mozzarella making!
Enjoy your first batch of mozzarella with fresh sliced 'Jersey' tomatoes, fresh basil, Italian olive oil, and Italian bread! Talk about Caprese Salad!
Then enjoy a wine tasting featuring Grapes N' Barrels Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot.
