Harvest 2014: California, Washington State, Italy and Chile

For our Winter Winemaking Program for 2015 we have lined-up some excellent grapes from Suisun Valley, California, Yakima Valley Washington, LeMarche Italy, and Curico Valley Chile. We offer the highest quality frozen grape must to yield an excellent wine at sensible pricing for our winemakers. Below, you will find a list of our featured varietals. Each has characteristics that can lend suitably to your crafting a stand-alone varietal wine or creating your own special blend. The possibilities are endless when one contemplates the combinations of grapes. Whether your winemaking interest lies in crafting a Bordeaux style wine…an Italian Hearty Burgundy or Super Tuscan …or making a more exotic blend hint of Meritage or Opus One, the winemaking options using frozen grape must are endless and only limited by your palate and imagination.

Remember, it is in the ‘grape’ that the mystery and joys of wine can be found!
